World-renowned Chef and Food Pioneer, Alice Waters, has donated a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The lucky winner of our on-line auction will be invited into the intimate and revolutionary down-stairs kitchen of Chez Panisse to work alongside the chef in planning, preparing and cooking the first seating of dinner.
Arrive @ 2:00 pm for the Chef’s daily meeting. Observe how the chef responds to the daily offerings of fresh and in-season food from local organic growers to craft an appealing and healing meal that has tickled and delighted generations of gourmands! Later, transform yourself from a chef into a diner! Bring a guest and the two of you will break bread over the meal you just help to create at a table set for two in the downstairs kitchen for the second seating around 8:30pm.
You will bask in the attention, participation and enjoyment of this very special and intimate evening at the extraordinary kitchens of Chez Panisse.
